Our Commitment to You

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.

Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. We extend this period to 30 days to give you extra time to decide.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or use
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (unless faulty)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a returns authorisation number.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include your returns authorisation number and order details inside the package.

Step 3: Send Your Return

Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.

Exchanges: Return shipping costs apply. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned:

  • With obvious signs of use
  • Without original packaging or tags
  • Damaged due to misuse (not our fault)

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or wrong item sent).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Return the original item following our returns process
  3. We'll send the replacement item once we receive your return

If the replacement item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's less expensive, we'll refund the difference.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or fault
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange a free return collection
  • Send the correct item at no extra cost
  • Refund any price difference if applicable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions. Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A refund if goods are faulty or not as described
  • A repair or replacement if goods develop a fault within 6 months
  • Protection against unfair terms in contracts
