UK Shipping Information
We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about delivery times, costs, and procedures.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This includes:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
- PO Boxes (where applicable)
- BFPO addresses (British Forces Post Office)
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days)
Our standard delivery service typically delivers within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days)
For urgent orders, express delivery is available at checkout. Express orders placed before 2pm on business days will be dispatched the same day.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm or on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times may be affected during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and sales events.
Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery: £3.95 (FREE on orders over £50)
Express Delivery: £7.95
Next Day Delivery: £9.95
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A dispatch confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships
- SMS updates on delivery day (where applicable)
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided via Royal Mail, DPD, or our chosen courier's website.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with instructions. Parcels are typically held at your local depot for 7-10 days before being returned to us.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Look in safe places around your property
- Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate your parcel
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Remote Areas & Highlands
Delivery to remote areas, Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands may take an additional 1-3 business days. Additional charges may apply for some remote postcodes, which will be displayed at checkout.
Customs & Duties
As we ship within the UK only, there are no customs charges or import duties on your order.
Peak Season Delays
During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and sales events, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
